Alacrity Securities Limited submitted a confirmation certificate from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent regarding the dematerialization process for the quarter ended June 30. The RTA confirmed that all securities received for dematerialization were processed, accepted or rejected, and listed on the stock exchange.

It also verified that share certificates were cancelled and depositories were registered as owners within the stipulated timeframe.
