Transindia Real Estate Limited (TREL) has finalized its acquisition of Comptech Solutions Private Limited (CSPL), a related party.

TREL secured 7,00,000 Class A Equity Shares for roughly ₹24 Cr, gaining 48.28% of CSPL's equity and full 100% voting control.

This strategic move instantly makes CSPL a subsidiary of TREL.
