BANSWARA SYNTEX has fixed July 23, 2026, as the Record Date for its final dividend.

The Board, in its May 19, 2026 meeting, proposed a final dividend of Re.1 per equity share (Rs. 5 face value) for FY25-26. This dividend is pending shareholder approval at the upcoming 50th AGM.

Eligible shareholders on the Record Date will receive the dividend if approved.
