MAC Hotels has informed about a routine compliance update regarding shareholder services.

Its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) clarified that a specific regulation for processing share dematerialization and rematerialization requests is not applicable to the company.

This is because all of MAC Hotels' shares are entirely held in electronic, dematerialized form.

No requests were received from shareholders for converting physical shares during the quarter.
