Sueryaa Knitwear Limited has announced key changes to its Board leadership.

Mr. Shailesh Miyanbazaz, an Additional Director, has been re-designated from an Executive to a Non-Executive role.

Concurrently, Ms. Aliva Dey, a Whole-time Director, has been appointed as the new Chairperson of the Company.
