The company's Registrar and Share Transfer Agent confirmed that all securities submitted for dematerialization were processed, accepted, or rejected by depositories.

These dematerialized securities are now listed on the stock exchanges.

Physical certificates were cancelled, and the company's Register of Members was updated to reflect the depositories as registered owners within 15 days.

This ensures proper record-keeping and facilitates easier electronic trading for investors.
