Record Date

Precision Wires India has fixed July 31, 2026, as the record date for its final dividend of Rs. 0.55 per equity share (55%) for FY2025-26. If shareholders approve this at the August 10, 2026 Annual General Meeting, investors holding shares on the record date will be eligible.

Payment for the dividend is expected by September 09, 2026. Shareholders should submit any necessary documents for tax deduction at source by July 31, 2026.
