Dynamic Archistructures has confirmed that its Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA) has properly managed all dematerialisation requests for the quarter ending June 30. The RTA verified that the electronic share transfer records were updated with depositories and stock exchanges.

This ensures that all physical share certificates converted into electronic form were correctly processed and subsequently destroyed, maintaining accurate and up-to-date shareholder records.
