SHRI VASUPRADA PLANTATIONS LTD. has opened a special window for investors to dematerialize physical shares acquired before April 1, 2014. This initiative, following a SEBI circular, is for shareholders whose previous demat requests were returned or rejected due to document issues.

The window is active for one year, from February 5, 2026, to February 4, 2027. All transfers will be processed in demat mode, requiring original share certificates and transfer deeds.

This simplifies the process for shareholders to convert their physical holdings, improving ease of ownership and trading.
