Raaj Medisafe India has submitted a certificate from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agents (RTA) confirming the proper processing of dematerialized shares for the recent quarter.

The RTA verified that all securities received for dematerialization were confirmed and listed on stock exchanges.

The company's RTA also ensured that original physical certificates were promptly cancelled after verification, and depositories were recorded as the new owners within 15 days.
