NPR Finance has submitted a certificate from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent (RTA) confirming compliance with share dematerialization rules for the quarter ending June 30. The RTA verified that all securities received for dematerialization were processed, confirmed with depositories, and listed on exchanges.

Physical certificates were cancelled, and depositories were recorded as registered owners.
