The previous Statutory Auditor also stepped down, citing geographical challenges, prompting the appointment of S S S S & Associates as the new auditor for five years, pending shareholder approval.

Furthermore, the board decided to distribute net proceeds from the sale of fractional shares, which arose from an earlier equity consolidation, directly to eligible shareholders after deducting expenses.
