Vivaa Tradecom Limited has confirmed that certain corporate governance reporting requirements do not apply to it.

This exemption stems from the company's listing on the BSE SME Platform.

Under general listing rules, companies on SME exchanges, or those with paid-up capital not exceeding ₹10 Cr and net worth not exceeding ₹25 Cr, are exempt from specific governance provisions.

Consequently, Vivaa Tradecom is not required to submit a Corporate Governance Report for the quarter ending June 30. This clarification reduces the company's compliance overhead related to specific regulatory disclosures.
