Somany Ceramics' board approved ~75.80 Cr in investments: up to 58.80 Cr for 49% in Siravit Ceramics (new tile capacity for South India), 2.00 Cr for 50% in V.S. Industries Nepal (construction chemicals), and 15.00 Cr in subsidiary SSCPL for modernization.
