Antariksh Industries has submitted a confirmation from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent regarding share dematerialization for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The RTA confirmed that all securities received for electronic conversion were processed and listed on stock exchanges.

Physical share certificates received were duly mutilated and cancelled after verification, and the depositories were updated as registered owners within 15 days.

This ensures proper handling of shareholder records and ongoing compliance with market regulations.
