Indo Thai Securities' Preferential Allotment Committee has approved the conversion of 172,000 warrants into 1,720,000 new equity shares.

This decision followed the receipt of the remaining 75% of the issue price from four warrant holders, adjusted to Rs. 37.5 per warrant due to a previous stock split.

The company allotted these shares, bringing in an aggregate consideration of Rs. 6.45 crore.

This capital infusion strengthens the company's equity base and adds to its financial resources, impacting overall capital structure.
