IGC Industries has submitted a certificate confirming its compliance with share dematerialization processes for the quarter ending June 30. The company's Registrar and Transfer Agent certified that physical shares received for dematerialization are listed, verified, cancelled, and re-registered with the depository.

Importantly, the RTA also noted that no physical share certificates were actually received for dematerialization during this quarter.
