Vishal Fabrics has submitted a compliance certificate from its Registrar and Transfer Agent for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. This confirms that all securities received for dematerialization during the period were properly processed, accepted or rejected by depositories, and listed on stock exchanges.

Physical share certificates received were also mutilated and cancelled after verification, with depository names updated in the company's register.
