IPCALAB has set August 7, 2026, as the Record Date for shareholders to be eligible for the Rs. 6/- per share (600%) dividend.

This dividend, if sanctioned at the Annual General Meeting on August 13, 2026, will be paid on or before September 10, 2026. Only shareholders registered by the Record Date will qualify for the payout.
