Julien Agro Infratech Limited has announced that its Board approved the reclassification of four individuals from the Promoter/Promoter Group to the Public shareholder category.

These individuals — Anita Sureka, Lalit Sureka, Sanjay Kumar Drolia, and Sangita Sureka — hold no shares and are not involved in the company's business or decisions.

This formalizes their dissociation from the promoter group.

The company clarified that the total Promoter/Promoter Group holding will remain unchanged at 27.65% post-reclassification, as these individuals held NIL shares.

This move enhances transparency regarding shareholding structure, pending Stock Exchange approval.
