Smarten Power Systems' board appointed Mr. Ranjit Singh as COO, effective August 1. It also appointed M/s CSA & Associates as Secretarial Auditor (subject to shareholder nod) and re-appointed M/s Ajay Kumar Singh & Co as Cost Auditor.

The 12th AGM is scheduled for September 24, with key record and cut-off dates announced.
