Espire Hospitality's Board accepted the resignation of Independent Director Mr. Anish Arun Shah due to his relocation.

This led to a reconstitution of key committees, including Audit, Nomination & Remuneration, and Risk Management.

The Board also approved holding an Extra-Ordinary General Meeting for shareholder approval to re-appoint Mr. Dileep Kumar as an Independent Director for a second five-year term.

Mr. Kumar, a Chartered Accountant with 20 years of financial management experience, is not related to existing directors or promoters, ensuring continued governance and leadership stability.
