Indo Cotspin's board approved key leadership adjustments: re-appointing Sanil Aggarwal and Arpan Aggarwal as Whole-time Directors for five years, and Bal Kishan Aggarwal as Managing Director for five years.

Raj Pal Aggarwal will transition to a Non-Executive Director role.

These director changes require shareholder approval.

The board also approved re-appointing internal and secretarial auditors, and appointing Manish Jain & Associates as statutory auditors.

Both secretarial and statutory auditor appointments, alongside proposals to increase borrowing limits to Rs. 50 Cr and authorize asset sales to a related party, are subject to shareholder consent.
