ACCEDERE Limited has received a confirmation from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, MUFG Intime India Private Limited, regarding share dematerialisation for the quarter ending June 30. This confirmation assures that all physical shares submitted for conversion into electronic form were efficiently processed, including acceptance or rejection and updates to company records.

The corresponding physical share certificates were cancelled, and shareholder details were properly registered.

This process ensures transparent management of investor holdings and upholds operational efficiency in share transfers.
