Achyut Healthcare's Board has approved a Scheme of Amalgamation with Zenith Healthcare Limited.

Achyut, with assets of INR 38.09 Cr, turnover of INR 11.97 Cr, and net worth of INR 35.06 Cr, will merge into Zenith, which has assets of INR 10.99 Cr, turnover of INR 10.94 Cr, and net worth of INR 7.42 Cr.

Shareholders of Achyut will receive 119 Zenith shares for every 50 Achyut shares.

This merger aims to enhance product portfolios, optimize manufacturing, access new markets with Achyut's upcoming EU GMP facility, and create a stronger combined entity with improved financial flexibility and operational efficiency.

The plan requires various approvals.
