IndusInd Limited, a promoter of IndusInd Bank, has pledged an additional 1.13 Cr shares.

This brings their total pledged holding to 3.93 Cr shares, which is 100% of their stake in the bank.

These pledged shares now represent 5.04% of IndusInd Bank's total share capital.

The reason cited for this pledge is refinancing existing indebtedness.

This means all of the promoter's shares in IndusInd Bank are now encumbered.
