Vision Cinemas has received a compliance certificate from its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent concerning share dematerialization activities for the quarter ended June.

The certificate confirms that all securities received for dematerialization were processed, confirmed to depositories, and listed on stock exchanges.

Physical share certificates were properly mutilated and cancelled, with depositories’ names updated in the register of members within the stipulated timeframe.
