OK PLAY INDIA LIMITED confirmed its adherence to share dematerialization rules for the quarter ending June 30, 2026. The company, through its Registrar and Share Transfer Agent, affirmed that all physical share certificates received from Depository Participants for dematerialization were promptly processed.

This includes confirming receipt, mutilating and cancelling the certificates, and updating the register of members within the required 15-day period.

This ensures efficient and compliant conversion of physical shares into electronic form, which is crucial for maintaining investor trust and smooth market operations.
