Marsons Limited announced Mr. Mohammad Tinku's resignation as an Independent Director, citing pre-occupational and personal commitments.

The Board promptly reconstituted these committees, appointing Mr. Surojit Ghosh, a Non-Executive Director, as a member to all five committees.
