This was due to a temporary inaccessibility at its former Registered Office, which the company has since relocated.

Sellwin clarified that its business operations, records, and management functions continued uninterrupted from its Corporate Office.

The company has fully cooperated with BSE, providing all required information and undergoing inspections.

It is now awaiting the Exchange's process to lift the trading suspension, noting the adverse effect on over 20,000 public shareholders and emphasizing the need for swift restoration of trading.
