Auro Laboratories has scheduled its Annual General Meeting (AGM) virtually, enabling shareholders to attend and vote on company matters remotely.

Electronic copies of the AGM notice and the integrated annual report for the recent fiscal year will be distributed to members with registered email addresses.

Physical copies are available only upon specific request.

All important documents will also be accessible on the company's and stock exchange websites.

An e-voting facility will be provided for convenient participation both before and during the virtual meeting.
