ADTECH Systems Limited submitted its final report on the "Saksham Niveshak" campaign, an initiative focused on updating shareholder records.

This campaign aims to prevent shares and unpaid dividends from being transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) due to outdated information.

Out of 186 shareholders with unpaid or unclaimed dividends not yet transferred, 100 have successfully updated their records, including PAN and bank details.

The company communicated the campaign effectively through website notifications and newspaper publications, confirming the progress is on track.
