GTPL Hathway Limited has informed the Exchange that Mr. Saurav Banerjee, Chief Financial Officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company, will be demitting his office with effect from the close of business hours of September 30, 2026, upon attaining the age of superannuation.
