Procter & Gamble Hygiene and Health Care, Procter & Gamble Health Care, and Gillette India have informed shareholders about an extended window for specific share transfer requests.

Investors can now re-submit transfer documents previously rejected or unprocessed before April 1, 2019, until February 4, 2027. This initiative allows shareholders to resolve past physical share transfer issues, with processing exclusively in dematerialized form.

It supports the broader market shift towards electronic holdings and offers a final opportunity to update ownership records.
