Aurum PropTech is acquiring 100% of Locon Solutions, the owner of Housing.com, for ₹458.06 Cr.

The goal is to connect consumer demand, developer inventory, brokerage, rentals, and transactions across the real estate sector.

The acquisition consideration is paid by issuing new equity shares to seller REA India, boosting their stake in Aurum to 24.90%. This move significantly enhances Aurum's market presence and tech capabilities.
