Nyssa Corporation has announced its 45th Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held virtually on August 11, 2026, at 3:00 PM.

Shareholders will participate through Video Conferencing or other audio-visual means to discuss and approve agenda items.

Eligibility to vote and attend the AGM is for shareholders holding shares as of August 4, 2026. Remote e-voting will be available from August 8 to August 10, 2026. The Annual Report, including the AGM notice, has been sent via email and is accessible on the company's website.
