Wipro's Board has approved an interim dividend of ₹ 2 per equity share.

Shareholders holding shares by the record date of July 27, 2026, will be eligible for this dividend.

The payment is scheduled on or before August 14, 2026. The Board also approved the financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026.
