Yug Décor Limited has reported an internal transfer of equity shares among its promoter group.

Mrs. Nisha Saraswat and Mrs. Pooja Saraswat received shares as gifts from other promoter family members.

Nisha's stake increased by 18,05,405 shares to 19.17%, while Pooja's rose by 3,00,000 shares to 4.97%. This transaction, a private family arrangement, resulted in no change to the overall shareholding of the Promoter and Promoter Group, ensuring their collective ownership remains stable.
