Tech Mahindra, via its wholly-owned subsidiary TMLL, is set to acquire the remaining 20% stake in Tech Mahindra Arabia Limited (TMAL) from joint venture partner Midad Company Limited.

Valued at SAR 206.2 million (approx. USD 24.64 million), this acquisition will make TMAL a fully-owned subsidiary.

This strategic move is crucial for Tech Mahindra to gain complete control over its Middle East operations, significantly consolidating its regional presence and driving future growth.

The transaction's completion timeline has been extended to August 31, 2026, as conditions precedents are being finalized.
