Silicon Rental Solution announced the lapse and forfeiture of 5,50,400 convertible warrants.

These warrants, originally allotted on a preferential basis, required holders to pay the remaining 75% of the issue price within 18 months.

As this balance payment was not received within the stipulated timeframe, the warrants have lapsed.

The company has forfeited the upfront subscription amount of ₹3,05,47,200 (approx. 3.05 Cr), which represented 25% of the issue price.

Warrant holders lose their conversion rights, and the company's paid-up share capital remains unchanged.

The forfeited amount will be retained by the company.
