Standalone revenue hit ₹3.65 Cr with a net profit of ₹0.63 Cr.

Consolidated revenue reached ₹7.39 Cr, generating a profit of ₹0.92 Cr.

The company also announced a change in Company Secretary, with Ms. Yamini Saini resigning and Ms. Unnati Rathi taking over.

Mr. Bala Subramanyam Vanapalli was re-appointed as Whole-Time Director for three years, and M/s. M V Vijaya Kumar & Co. were re-appointed Statutory Auditors for five years.

The 32nd Annual General Meeting is set for August 28.
