Excorp Asset Management has approved key board changes.

Mr. Ronak Jain, a Chartered Accountant with expertise in finance and governance, and Mr. Arkesh Ayyagari, an Advocate specializing in legal and financial litigation, are appointed as Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors for five-year terms, subject to shareholder approval.

Concurrently, Mr. Haresh Sanghvi resigned as a Non-Executive Independent Director due to professional commitments, and Mr. Darshit Parikh's term concluded after completing two consecutive terms.

These changes bring fresh independent expertise to the company's board.
