OMNI AXS SOFTWARE has provided a compliance certificate regarding its share dematerialisation activities for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company's Registrar and Transfer Agent confirmed that all shares submitted for dematerialisation were processed appropriately, accepted or rejected by depositories, and subsequently listed on stock exchanges.

Additionally, physical certificates were duly cancelled, and depository names were updated in the register of members as the new registered owners within the stipulated timeframe.
