Poojawestern Metaliks has initiated a Postal Ballot, with public notices in newspapers, inviting shareholders to vote on company resolutions.

This process will be conducted entirely through remote e-voting via NSDL.

Shareholders are advised to ensure their email addresses are registered with the company or their depository participant to receive ballot notices and participate.

The e-voting period spans approximately a month, allowing ample time for eligible investors to cast their votes.

A Scrutinizer is appointed to oversee the fairness of the process, and results will be made public shortly after the voting concludes.
