The company's board has approved the incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary in the United Kingdom to expand its educational business globally.

The board deferred the reclassification of promoters.

Ms. Neeta Rajesh Dedhia has resigned as Managing Director, effective July 20. Mr. Rajesh Chapshi Dedhia, currently Executive Director, will take over as Managing Director and Chairperson for five years, subject to shareholder approval.

Additionally, the company will offer discounted coupons for its educational courses to shareholders, a move aimed at stakeholder engagement and value creation.
