The board has approved forming a wholly-owned subsidiary in the UK to expand its educational business globally.

In a leadership transition, Ms. Neeta Rajesh Dedhia resigned as Managing Director.

Following review by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Mr. Rajesh Chapshi Dedhia, currently Executive Director, was appointed as the new Managing Director for five years and also as Chairperson, effective July 20, pending shareholder approval.

Additionally, the board approved offering discounted educational course vouchers to shareholders.

A promoter reclassification proposal was deferred.
