Escorp Asset Management's board has undergone significant changes.

The board, following evaluation by the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, has approved the appointment of Mr. Ronak Jain and Mr. Arkesh Ayyagari as Additional Non-Executive Independent Directors, each for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval.

Concurrently, Mr. Darshit Parikh ceases to be a Non-Executive Independent Director after completing his term, and Mr. Haresh Sanghvi has resigned as a Non-Executive Independent Director due to professional commitments.

These changes reshape the company's board composition.
