Adroit Infotech's board met on July 20, 2026, scheduling its 36th AGM for August 14, 2026. The cut-off date for e-voting eligibility for the AGM is August 3, 2026. Share Transfer Books will be closed from August 4 to August 14, 2026, for the AGM.

The board also approved the forfeiture of 26,39,910 partly paid-up equity shares due to unpaid calls.
