Net Profit soared 49.32% YoY to ₹1,659 Cr, driven by robust business expansion.

Total Advances grew 22.75% YoY to ₹3,22,132 Cr, while Total Deposits rose 13.72% YoY to ₹3,76,193 Cr.

The key growth engine was the RAM (Retail, Agri, MSME) segment, with advances surging 35.82% YoY and now constituting 81.21% of the loan book.

Asset quality significantly improved, with Gross NPA dropping 17.11% YoY to 1.33% and Net NPA declining 27.94% YoY to 0.18%. Return on Assets (ROA) improved to 1.41% and Return on Equity (ROE) hit 22.69%. Earnings per Share (EPS) stood at ₹0.86. A major strategic focus is digital transformation, evident from recent innovations like IOB Digital FD, VCIP account opening, and the IOB BUDDY chatbot.

These initiatives aim to boost customer experience and operational efficiency.

The bank also received a Skoch Award for its 'Compliance Apexion' project, highlighting its commitment to strong governance.
