Narmada Gelatines Limited has announced its 45th Annual General Meeting, to be held via video conferencing.

The Board has proposed a final dividend of 110%, translating to Rs 11 per fully paid-up equity share for the financial year 2025-26, pending shareholder approval at the AGM.

Shareholders are encouraged to update their email and bank account details with their Depository Participants or the company's RTA for smooth receipt of the dividend directly into their accounts, as Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) will apply.
